The Department of Defense has extended the deadline on the Joint Enterprise Defense Initiative (JEDI) cloud contract from September 17 to October 9. “Considering the content of the amendments and offeror requests, the Government is extending the proposal due date,” states an update to the contract’s FedBizOpps page. The new documents, released Friday, also include DoD’s responses to 59 comments received after the department released an amended request for proposals. “The Department is not accepting any additional questions or comments on the JEDI Cloud RFP,” the notice states, closing the comment period for industry.
