The office, which oversees administration of the Executive Office of the President, released the solicitation on Wednesday, May 29. The solicitation notes that the Office of Administration currently maintains over 40 cloud-based applications, and 15 on-premise applications, and is looking for contractor support across a wide range of activities.

“This contract will provide program/project/product management, application development, data integration/business intelligence, geographic information system mapping, operational support, quality assurance, quality control, testing, general IT security-related support services, development and maintenance documentation, and conversion application services,” the solicitation states.

The office noted that it intends to use commercial-off-the-shelf products, and that any application development would come from changes to legacy applications or modifications to commercial software. The solicitation also calls on the contractor to take an agile approach.
