Rebecca Nielsen

Rebecca Nielsen is a Specialist Leader in Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory. She has over 25 years of experience in identity, credential, and access management, including strategy development, program management, and business development.

Ms. Nielsen currently supports the Department of the Air Force (DAF) to leverage identity, credential, and access management (ICAM) services to mitigate audit findings regarding multi-factor authentication, timely de-provisioning, access review, and segregation of duties.

Before joining Deloitte, she developed policy and strategy for Defense and Civil agencies to support the use of identity and access management processes and tools to achieve mission objectives, including coordinating updates of ICAM policy and architecture documentation for the Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Office (CIO).
