Paul Hunter

Paul Hunter has over 19 years experience supporting the Immigration, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Homeland Security mission. In 1995, Paul began his Federal career as a U.S. Immigration Inspector at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York. Paul has supported and led a variety of biometric programs, including the precursor to Global Entry (INSPASS), the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC), several OBIM (formerly US-VISIT) biometric implementations and the CBP Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) implementation at land border ports of entry. Paul had the pleasure to accept his current position as Deputy Chief for the Biometrics Division at USCIS in 2013.
