Nico Ojeda

Nico Ojeda is Vice President of Digital Services at Element Solutions and President of the Digital Services Coalition (DSC), where he leads efforts to modernize how governments buy and deliver digital services.

Nico began his career supporting the U.S. House of Representatives and spent a decade in federal service, including roles at the U.S. Treasury Office of Inspector General during the housing crisis, where he helped stand up SIGTARP, and in the Executive Office of the President. There, he managed over $200M in IT investments, advancing initiatives such as the “We the People” platform, modern data center planning, and early digital engagement capabilities.

He later transitioned to industry, supporting 18 of 24 CFO Act agencies, contributing to the Federal CIO 2017 transition, implementing FITARA at DHS, and shaping IT financial policy for OMB and GSA.

Today, he helps lead strategy and growth at Element, driving the digital transformation vision across federal and SLED markets. His focus is on delivering scalable, outcome-driven solutions that help agencies modernize, improve performance, and accelerate mission impact.
