Monique Bourque

Department of Justice

Monique K. Bourque is currently the Assistant Director for Innovation Engineering under the Chief Technology Officer within the Department of Justice OCIO. In this role, she works to advance the Department’s approach to shareable innovative technical and business solutions in order to achieve strategic and mission goals

Ms. Bourque has held various positions within the Department from her early years as a Litigation Support Specialist and Technology Branch Chief working to bring technology tools and electronic exhibits into the courtroom and managing large scale and complex, automated litigation support projects; to her time as the CIO and then Executive Officer for the US Trustee Program managing a nationwide, 100 office network and employee base. Since joining the OCIO in 2016, Monique has helped to lead the Department’s Cloud adoption and data center consolidation transformation initiatives.

Monique is a Penn State alumni and lives with her family in Maryland.
