Megan Eunpu has been working closely with Federal agencies and their contact center leaders on improving their omnichannel customer experience. Since 2011, she has helped these government agencies leverage technology to empower their employees to improve the citizens experience across all points of their customer journey.
With a strong foundation in customer experience technology, Ms. Eunpu works to share that insight with her industry and government peers. She serves as the CX COI liaison on the ACT–IAC NexUS Leadership Board. Ms. Eunpu is a 2017 graduate of the ACT–IAC Voyagers Program, a leadership development program is designed for rising leaders in government and industry with high potential for future advancement. Ms. Eunpu supports her local community through several charity activities including Girls on the Run, Junior League and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundations.
Ms. Eunpu holds BS in Marketing from The University of South Carolina – The Moore School of Business where she held the position of President of American Marketing Association.
