Maureen concurrently serves as the Director of two major transformation initiatives for the US Department of Veteran Affairs (VA). The Veterans Relationship Management (VRM) program is a multi-year enterprise wide strategic business and IT series of integrated projects focused on access and improved customer service for our Veterans, Service Members and the partner organizations who support them. Enterprise Access & Integration (EA&I) is responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining the processes and technology needed for a high touch, technology enabled customer service experience. Crossing both information technology and business organizations, she oversees the successful delivery of program objectives as well as collaboration on strategy, planning and integration of multiple programs and initiatives within VA and with key VA partners which have included; Customer Relationship Management / Unified Desktop, the Knowledge Management, Electronic Claims Submission and the Stakeholder Enterprise Portal.
Maureen brings over 35 years of successful executive management and entrepreneurial experience in professional services, technology enabled solutions and online consumer service sectors. Her career began at AT&T Bell Laboratories in UNIX development continuing through the early 1990s as the OSF/1 program leader at OSF. She has held multiple leadership roles including CEO of Eggrock Partners, AuctionPal and InteQ.
