Joshua Stultz

Joshua Stultz is a Senior Cloud Architect and lead of the Cloud Operations and Security Team at the National Institutes of Health Center for Information Technology, where he is responsible for enabling secure, reliable access to the STRIDES cloud computing resources to support research across NIH.

Previously, Joshua served as an Infrastructure Operations Manager and Cloud Architect at the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI), where he led IT operations and oversaw the migration of numerous enterprise applications to the cloud.

Joshua began his career as a telephone and network administrator for the U.S. Army. In total, Joshua has more than 22 years of experience in network engineering and architecture, IT operations, and IT security. His professional interests include exploring how federal organizations can unlock the full value of cloud with application modernization, while optimizing IT costs and maximizing operational efficiencies.
