Jarrod Neely

On 25 Apr 2021, Mr. Jarrod Neely assumed duties as the Manager of the Cyber Readiness 365 (CR365) for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He joined the Corps from U.S. Army Cyber Protection(CR365) for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He joined the Corps from U.S. Army Cyber Protection Brigade where he served from 2017-2021 as a Team Lead for the US Army Cyber Protection Brigade, Cyber Readiness Inspection Activity (CRIA) supporting United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) and Joint Forces Headquarters, Department of Defense Information Network (JFHQ-DoDIN), Ft. Gordon, GA. Prior to that assignment he served as Army Pentest/Threat Analyst from 2016-2017 with the US Army Cyber Protection Brigade (CPB). Prior to assuming his duties as a civil servant, Mr. Neely served 12 years as a Federal Contractor supporting various missions in Southwest Asia including 2010-2012 as a Video Surveillance Specialist, 2008-2010 he supported US Central Command (CENTCOM) operations while deployed to Iraq serving as the Helpdesk Manager. From 2005-2008 he served as a member of the Army European Command (EUCOM) Enterprise Service Desk as a General Dynamics Lead Service Desk Technician. From 2002-2005 he supported the EUCOM mission as a Service Desk employee at RAF Molesworth, United Kingdom (UK). Mr. Neely completed a 5-year U.S. Navy career as a Cryptologic Technician serving in assignments at both Chesapeake, VA and RAF Molesworth, UK.

Mr. Neely’s Navy career encompassed command positions in the United States and Europe serving as a Web Administrator at RAF Molesworth, UK, 2001-2002. He also served as a Cryptologic Communications technician at NSGA Northwest, Chesapeake, VA, 1997-2000.
