Domenic Teolis

Domenic (“Dom”) joined the Cleveland Clinic in 2021 after graduating from Slippery Rock University, where he earned a Master’s degree in Data Analytics and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics. Since joining the organization, Dom has spent four and a half years in the TBM/EBM Office, including over a year supporting the IT Finance team with month-end close activities, budgeting, and financial reviews.

During his time on the TBM/EBM team, Dom has played a key role in expanding the office’s scope to include Buildings & Design, Revenue Cycle Management, Protective Services, and other Shared Services functions. As part of the organization’s evolution into Enterprise Business Management (EBM), Dom has led training sessions, developed reporting solutions, presented insights to C-suite executives, and supported the onboarding and training of new TBM Analysts.

In recognition of this work, Dom and his team were honored with the 2025 Pioneer Award for North America at the 2025 TBM Conference.
