Caroline Boyd is Principal at MeriTalk and 300Brand, where she leads a team responsible for developing and executing strategic public sector marketing programs, executive events, and thought leadership initiatives for leading technology companies. She oversees MeriTalk’s portfolio of executive forums, leadership summits, roundtables, and policy discussions covering artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, modernization, quantum computing, workforce transformation, and other emerging technologies that are reshaping government.
A former Virginia Assistant Secretary of Technology, Boyd brings more than 30 years of experience spanning government, strategic communications, and technology leadership. She regularly moderates conversations with senior federal officials, congressional staff, and Fortune 500 technology executives on the policies, innovations, and partnerships driving mission outcomes across government. Boyd also served on the USO Mid-Atlantic Board of Directors from 2021–2025, supporting strategic initiatives benefiting service members and military families throughout the region.
