Beth Angerman, principal deputy associate administrator of the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Office of Governmentwide Policy, will leave GSA on Dec. 6, MeriTalk has learned.

Angerman has championed the Federal government’s shared services effort since joining GSA in 2015. In her role she has been “responsible for working closely with OMB, the new governance board, providers, and customers to implement the enterprise-wide vision for mission-support functions across government,” according to her GSA biography.

She previously served as the executive director of the Office of Financial Innovation and Transformation in the Treasury Department, where she helped “address the need for greater efficiency and transparency in the Federal financial environment.”

While her replacement hasn’t been announced, Earl Pinto joined GSA as the deputy associate administrator in May of this year. Pinto logged 17 years of service in various roles at the Department of Health and Human Services. Most recently he held the title of director of acquisitions at the HHS Program Support Center.
