Shadow IT and Parallel Networks

The second Cyber Security Exchange (CSX) quarterly meeting of 2015 focused on shadow IT – how agencies or CIOs can leverage outside IT productivity tools but enforce corporate IT governance policies and procedures. The roundtable featured guest speakers Rich Beutel, former Senior Advisor, House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, and Linus Barloon, IT Security Branch Manager, Office of the Sergeant at Arms, U.S. Senate.
