Rasheedat Osei-Acheampong is a Senior Partner and Vice President with IBM Consulting’s U.S. Federal market. She leads the market’s Cloud Application Transformation business to include cloud strategy, application migration & modernization, as well as digital product engineering practices.
Rasheedat has 20 years of experience leading large complex IT delivery and driving strategic engagements and technical strategy with government customers related to hybrid multi-cloud transformations, Agile & DevSecOps, and application modernization. Her team of over 500 engineers, developers, and architects are creating impactful outcomes for civilian and defense clients including at the IRS, where legacy mainframe modernization is realizing 70% productivity gains and over $100M cost savings for the government.
Rasheedat has a Computer Science bachelors and a Management masters from the University of Maryland. She’s married with three little humans – future IBMers! – that call her Mommy.
