Mark Forman

Forman is recognized as having been the first de facto Federal CIO when he served as administrator of the Office of e-Government and IT. Forman also worked in senior-level roles in consulting and technology firms, including as Vice President, Global Public Sector at Unisys; Vice President, TASC; and principal, Global eBusiness Strategy at IBM. He earned a bachelor of arts in economics from The Ohio State University and a master of arts in public policy from the University of Chicago.
