Mr. Jason Prow,  Senior Partner and Vice President, IBM Consulting has spent 19 years serving public service clients globally.

He currently serves as IBM’s Federal Chief Technology Officer and is the federal data, automation, and AI leader. In this role he is responsible for defining the vision and go-to-market strategy to bring emerging technology and service delivery models to the federal government.

Jason has spent a career developing value driven offerings, platform capabilities and maintaining market identity while developing a community of emerging technology experts that strive to improve mission outcomes. He leads a dedicated community of 1,000 practitioners specializing in optimization, automation, platform-oriented service delivery models and emerging technologies including Generative AI, Agentic Architectures, Modern Data Platforms and Radical Automation. Alongside his team, Jason has led the deployment, operations, and maintenance of an emerging tech platform that has produced in $1B cost savings and avoidance, generated 12.5M hours saved, and increased overall productivity of public service operations.

Mr. Prow is eminent in the market with a focus on applied performance improvement, automation, and intelligence. He’s authored multiple blogs and white papers, spoken at multiple industry forums, and was an initial member of the ACT/IAC Intelligent Automation Working Group. He is also a senior executive advising on the future of IBM’s Global Hybrid Cloud and Data Service Offerings.
