Janice Glover-Jones

Ms. Glover-Jones currently serves as the DIA Chief Information Officer where she is responsible for the day to day management of a global Information Technology (IT) organization with approximately 3,000 employees.  In this position, Ms. Glover-Jones is spearheading a program to baseline the CIO organization’s key business activities, while also ensuring continued mission support to her global customers.

In her previous position, as the Enterprise Common Operating Environment (COE) Executive for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), she was responsible for integrating capabilities across the Big Four (DIA, NGA, NRO, and NSA) intelligence agencies to create the first-ever COE.  This COE later evolved into the present day Intelligence Community Information Technology Enterprise (IC ITE).

Ms. Glover-Jones was born in Camden, South Carolina.  She graduated from the University of Maryland University College with a B.S. in Information Systems Management.  She also has a Certification in Advanced Public Policy Leadership from George Washington University/the Brookings Institute and an IC Executive Leader Program certificate from the Kellogg School of Management.

Ms. Glover-Jones and her husband reside in Clinton, Maryland.
