Bob Fleck

Bob Fleck is a ManTech Cyber Engineering Fellow leading research projects at the intersection between software development, vulnerability research, and machine learning.
Mr. Fleck has 24 years of experience creating static analysis and vulnerability discovery tools for both source code and binary applications, with the last 17 years in support of U.S. Government customers. His past roles have included significant work in CNO development, cryptographic engineering, networking, and cyber reconnaissance.
Prior to joining ManTech, Mr. Fleck was a co-founder of Secure Software, Inc., where he created source code static analysis tools, and a software security consultant and architecture analyst for Cigital. He is currently a department lead for the annual Shmoocon conference in Washington, D.C., and is a past organizer of the DEF CON Capture the Flag competition.
Mr. Fleck earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Case Western Reserve University, and a graduate certificate in Counterintelligence from Mercyhurst University.
