Biography:

Mr. Branko Primetica is a recognized expert in the field of strategic planning and Enterprise Architecture (EA), with a focus on aligning the IT decision-making process to organizational business needs. He helped to start up, and is the Vice President of, eGlobalTech - a strategic advisory services firm supporting the U.S. Federal Government. In this capacity, Mr. Primetica supports several leading Federal EA Programs, serves as the program executive for the Federal Cloud Computing Initiative, teaches EA and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) at various institutions, and helped to author both the "Practical Guide to Federal Service Oriented Architecture" and the U.S. Government's IPv6 transition guidance. He has also published a performance measurement methodology in the Journal of Enterprise Architecture (JEA). Prior to eGlobalTech, Mr. Primetica provided business process re-engineering and modernization support to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the Department of Defense, and Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Primetica is a co-lead of the National Defense Transportation Association's Mentoring Program and is a recipient of the Washington Technology’s 2008 Rising Star Award and Federal Computing Week’s 2010 Fed100.
