Andrew Krzmarzick has spent the last decade generating over $100 million in revenue for organizations through proposal writing, direct sales, fundraising and project management. As a Senior Project Coordinator in Business Development at the Graduate School, USDA, Andrew identifies trends and challenges that are having a significant impact on the Federal workforce. He also engages in direct consultation with clients to help them find the training and consultative solutions that will produce an optimum impact on personnel development. Andrew is working on projects to develop and deliver training content related to the four generations in the workforce and strategies for recruiting and retaining Generation X and Millennials, the use of Web 2.0/social media by government, and the implementation of telework by agencies. He is influencing a global audience through training, speaking and facilitating knowledge exchange at numerous agencies and conferences, including the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) International Conference and the Training Officer's Consortium Institute.
Andrew attained a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University and earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Iowa State University of Science and Technology and a Master of Arts in Theology from The Catholic University of America.
